DELIVERY INFORMATION
Effective from August 7th, 2023, due to a significant freight cost increase, all orders now have a minimum delivery fee of $126.50 incl GST for rainwater/miscellaneous goods and $247.50 incl GST for orders with sheeting/battens. Please note that this cost is imposed by our supplier, and Online Roofing Australia does not add any additional charges.

As an online-only reseller, we have limited control over our suppliers’ freight systems, methods, and costs. We acknowledge that these fees may negatively impact our brand and create inconvenience for small orders. We sincerely apologize and are actively seeking a solution to reduce delivery costs in the near future.

PICK UP INFORMATION
Pick up is currently a free option, allowing you to collect your order from our supplier’s warehouse. During checkout, you will be provided with a pick up option nearest to your set postcode. Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours with an order reference number, pick up location, and collection date. Collection hours are typically 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Keep in mind that our supplier operates as a manufacturer, not a retail store, and enforces strict pick-up rules. Ensure you wear enclosed footwear, refrain from smoking, and have a suitable vehicle for safe and legal transportation of your goods. Failure to comply may result in denied access to collect your order.

PICK UP LOCATIONS

DELIVERY TIMES AND CONDITIONS
Online Roofing Australia anticipates delivery to be effected between the hours of 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday. However, customers should note that Online Roofing Australia reserves the right to deliver outside these hours whenever circumstances outside our direct control occur. Delivery is to kerbside unless otherwise arranged and all deliveries must have a site contact number accompanied with the order. Depending on site limitations, the delivery driver may require signed approval to enter and unload on site. If a semi or body truck is required specifically due to the location, please make us aware at the time of order.

UNATTENDED SITES
Delivery drivers will endeavour to effect delivery as close to the delivery site as possible. In the instances that the site is unattended, Online Roofing Australia will not accept claims for damage to product during unloading nor claims for pilfering of part of all of the delivery made.

HI-AB FACILITIES
Hi-Ab deliveries cannot be guaranteed on all deliveries, if a Hi-Ab must be used please ensure to nominate the requirement inside the notes when placing the order. The maximum lift capacity is 0.5 tonne.

DEMURRAGE
Unloading at customers premises or site in excess of one hour for partial loads or two hours for full loads will be charged at the rate of $150.00 incl GST per hour or part thereof.

REDELIVERY
Product refused at the original delivery and requested to be redelivered will incur a minimum charge of $247.50 incl GST over and above the standard delivery charge.
